A mechanical engineering graduate from National Institute of Technology, Jaipur who initially worked at JK Tyre & Industries, Gwalior and over the years went about building HKPL to what it is today, he taught us the true meaning of entrepreneurship setting an example for future generations to follow. With over 25 years of hands on experience in both export and domestic garment industry from sourcing, manufacturing and quality assurance, he manages to understand the true meaning of apparel making. As part of the board, he brings his unique vision, managerial skills and global mindset to the organization thoroughly focusing on expansion and diversification of the organization.
A computer science graduate from VET, Bangalore, she has been actively involved in the organization’s day to day activities since its inception. Bringing in organizational and networking skills to HKPL, today she heads the HR division of the company.
Having successfully completed his B.Tech in Computer Science from VIT University, Vellore and MSc in Entrepreneurial Leadership from Babson College, Boston, Prayas heads the Merchandising, Marketing/Sales and IT divisions of the organization today. His entrepreneurial zeal has motivated him towards shaping the organization better bringing about significant changes in HKPL’s way of doing things and he continues to bring in innovations to different divisions and processes.
